From October 21 to 23, 2026, the 13th China (Shanghai) International Fluid Machinery Exhibition, CFME2026, was held at the National Exhibition and Convention Center (Shanghai).
Professionals from pumps, valves, fans, compressors, vacuum equipment, gas separation, drying and separation machinery, and other fluid machinery fields gathered in Shanghai. Lihua Titanium attended the exhibition to meet customers and better understand the requirements of titanium materials and titanium flanges in real engineering projects.

Different machines may look completely different, but fluid-system projects often share the same basic requirements:
A flange may not be the most visible component, but it is responsible for connection, sealing, disassembly, and maintenance. In seawater, chloride-containing, and chemical applications, material selection can affect equipment service life and future maintenance costs.
A titanium flange should therefore be considered as part of the complete fluid system, not as an isolated component.

Titanium and titanium alloys may be considered for marine engineering, chemical processing, chlor-alkali production, salt production, metallurgy, energy, and water treatment because of their corrosion resistance, strength-to-weight characteristics, and engineering adaptability.
However, “titanium” alone is not a complete selection decision. Before confirming a flange, the following information should be reviewed:
Professional supply is not simply a matter of quoting a price. The application, standard, material, structure, manufacturing approach, and inspection plan should be aligned first.

A drawing is the starting point, but the medium, temperature, pressure, and connection method behind the drawing help reduce selection errors.
Material mismatch may create later costs related to corrosion, leakage, downtime, replacement, and maintenance. Stable operation and maintainability should be considered together with the quotation.
Customers may need clear material and grade information, dimensions and tolerances, sealing-face status, agreed inspection records, and complete project documents for installation, acceptance, and future maintenance.
The exhibition has ended, but the need for reliable materials and accurate manufacturing continues. We thank everyone who visited the Lihua Titanium booth and discussed titanium flange applications with us.
